Hi, Im not to sure of this.

Ive picked a variable for social capital such as race, religion or or education levels...then what become the "dimension" of social capital if Im going to use ethnicity or religion as the variable? and how?

Would the dimension be trust or fear / lack of english spoken be an example of the dimension.

(Im trying to figure out the role of religion and ethnicity in influencing the type and amount of social capital)

Thanks

  1. Education would fit in. The way people act & dress certainly would be a factor. Religion shouldn't be a factor but might be in some circles. Except in truly prejudice places I would hope race wouldn't be a factor any more. But then in some rural places it still could be. A shame but dont go to those places.
