What are the 'harmful effects' from using panadol wrong?

Like how it says on the side or front of the package and on the ads, "incorrect use can be harmful". Well what can happen? And what is 'incorrect use'?

High doses of paracetamol can be harmful to the lining of your stomach.

What happens it when it hits your stomach the acid dissolves the tablet and it goes into your blood stream numbing areas that are inflamed or damaged nerves etc.

If you take too much paracetamol (which is usually 3000mg, or 6x 500mg tablets in a 24 hour period) then your stomach bile breaks down what it can then gets over worked and because that isn't normal the paracetamol tries to numb your stomach causing harmful effect to the lining of your stomach/intestines throat and airways.

And of course, your blood goes thru your heart and to your brain so overdosing in major amounts can cause brain damage or stoppage of the heat. Also you try to vomit up what your body can't handle.
