  2. I don't have a answer for you because us to is planning in March to go from O'hare to Guadalajara to Mexico city. They say they have great food at a certain stand that we want to look for. Good luck and I hope you have fun. Just one small advice be precautions, and well aware of your surroundings that is advised.

  3. Above had great tips, one piece of advice though, many museums offer free admission on sundays.

Sounds fun? The other 28,000,000 in the DF think so too, so some of the popular places are VERY crowded.

If your really into museums, maybe pay and go saturday am and use sunday for other things.

  4. I would recommend going to the Historical District and other sites in downtown Mexico City. You should visit the downtown Zocalo (more or less a central plaza), the National Palace, and Metropolitan Cathedral. If you have time you should also try to visit the Palace of Fine Arts and the Archeology Museum. Outside of Mexico City you could also visit the massive Teotihuacan Pyramids if you want to see some ancient ruins.
