What are the 4 must haves for people for the past and today?

I reminder seeing a Chinese made documentary on TV. At one point it made comment to 4 must haves that well off Chinese people wanted between the 1970 and today. Does any one know what they are. I think in the 1970 it was something alone the lines of a fridge, a bike.......

Now?..I guess it' a residence (without mortgage), a car, bank deposit and diploma, usually they're all provided by the groom...lol, my parents are glad I'm a girl.
