What are the 5 elements essential for the bone?

  1. I would say that there are far more than 5 elements essential for bone, but here goes...

    Carbon (life is carbon-based and bone is made up of living cells)

    Nitrogen (bone contains protein and nitrogen is a very important part of proteins)

    Oxygen (apart from oxygen being needed by the bone cells for respiration, oxygen is another important component of the molecules making up the cells)

    Hydrogen (this is another important component of molecules in cells)

    Calcium (calcium makes the bone hard)

    If you were allowed to give more than 5 elements, I would also list phosphorous, sulfur, and perhaps iron.
