  1. Perth WA

    1) afl

    2) cricket

    3) soccer

    4) nrl

    5) union

AFL and cricket are miles ahead of the rest.

Soccer, NRL and Union are all fairly even, except whichever one has a major game on becomes temporarily more popular.

Mostly it's just AFL and cricket.

  2. Melbourne

    1. AFL

    2. Cricket

    3. Soccer

    4. NRL

    5. Basketball

  3. 1 nrl  2 cricket 3 union  4 soccer  5 afl  sorry afl even though i played it for 10 years brett from n.s.w

  4. 1.AFL - Australias most loved game.

2.Cricket - An unwritten law of liking it.

3.NRL - Only in NSW and QLD

    4. Soccer - Something for the "ethnics"

    5.Union - Who cares

  5. 1. afl

    2. soccer

    3. cricket

    4. nrl

    5. basketball

im from melbourne, and i think in sydney nrl is no1

  6. NRL- no room for AFL and soccer nansies in this game, best game in the world

Cricket- the captain of the cricket team is described to be the 2nd most important person in the country behind the PM. I think that shows how pasionate people are towards it

    3. AFL- more nationally know, but in my mind doesn'y come close to the first 2

    4. Union- Could be number 3 with some rule variations that makes the game more exciting

5- Basketball- it's better than soccer as is netball, hockey, athletics, swimming....i could be her all night writing evey sport better then soccer but to refuse to waste anymore time on it.

  7. I'm in Sydney Australia

1: cricket-----the game is played and loved nationally

2: soccer-----the most played game at school and junior level in terms of numbers.

3:AFL---------played and loved by hundreds of thousands of peeps

4: NRL--------Very passionate supporters in QLD, NSW and becoming more popular every year in VIC, especially since lots of Vics jumped on the Storm bandwagon last year.

5: Union-------My personal favorite but seems to be on the decline in terms of popularity. Still played in massive numbers all over the country at schoolboy level.
