Im not sure of which 5 your looking for.  Its kind of a broad question because there is a lot more to science then any 5 categories.  There are 3 major branches including: physical sciences (physics, chemistry), life science (biology) and earth sciences (geology).  Each of these have plenty of sub-categories and even overlap in many instances like geology and chemistry - geochemistry.  Look at this site for more info.  Hope this helped.
