What are the Akihabara store hours in Japan?

I am going to Japan and am really excited about shopping in Akihabara. I was wondering what time the stores were open to in the evenings.

It varies. Some small shops close on around 19:00 but some close on between  20:00 and 22:00.  Restaurants close much later. You'd better go before 19:00 if you want to compare with many stores each other.

Ordinary, open from 11 am and to close 21 pm.
