Ok i would like to know what the laws consist of and who to contact? My ex-boyfriend has something wrong with him!!!!!

It varies by state. The best thing to do would be to go to your local police station and talk to someone there, they can direct you best on what the laws are and what to do. Good luck dear, that must be so scary! If you feel you have a case to make, keep all evidence possible- if he send you letters, flowers, or you see him all the time, when its possible or reasonable, take pics also.
