  1. o wow. i hope you dont plan on working there. No offense. but children needs ALOT more than toys and fun.

like the man said above they have personal, social, and spiritual needs.

My son is in a day care, and i think i would be pissed if one of my sons teachers asked this question.

Maybe take a class and educate youself more on what kids need.

The link below should help you.

    good luck

  2. THEY NEED ALOT MORE THAN ATTENTION THEY NEED A PERSON WHO GETS ON THERE LEVEL AND UNDER STANDS THEM FOOD AND TOYS HELP TOO YOU SHOULD BE PLAYFUL AND SILLY MY KIDS LOVE THAT

  3. daycares meet needs using the PIES acronym

physical- gross/fine motor skills, healthy meals, etc.

intellectual- knowlede (abc's, 123's, books, science, math, etc.)

emotional- understanding different emotions and how to react

social- how to get along with others, etc.

a quality teacher should be able to understand and meet all of the needs of every child (in his/her classroom) using a balanced curriculum.

she/he should be kind and understanding of any and all problems that can come along with a child (abused children, children with behavioral issues, etc.) and possess many other desirable character traits.

    (honesty, integrity, etc.)

  4. Caring, loving, stimulating and nurtuering environment with nutritious food, quality one on one time, opportunities to learn and grow are all components of basic needs of kids.

  5. When it comes to young children you should always pay attention to them and provide them with toys and take good care of them and make sure they are safe. Usually Elementary School teachers make some time for free time for the kids to play. Also, the teachers have the personality of a parent but sort of different. Remember, theres always a mean teacher out there, it depends on the teacher.

  6. love , drinks and food

  7. Children have social, emotional, physical and  spiritual needs.  Any education should include all these components.  Developing social skills are important.  Making the child feel comfortable in his or her environment is essential.  Teaching a child moral values helps in the development of well rounded person who can contribute positively to our society.  The physical development of the child can not be  neglected.  A healthy body is just as important.

Children require attention and support to develop properly.  Help them to develop their social skills and encourage them to feel good about themselves.  This will foster independence and less direct attention from you.

A good teacher should be one that is caring, patient, and will to set boundaries  for children.  Someone who is honest and will do what they say is an essential personality trait.  Children can sense sincerity.  Someone who likes to have fun and enjoys giving to others.  Teaching is a giving job!
