What are the Best online schools to achieve teaching certificate?

Never heard of some of the schools and cant see who is accredited or not.

Try an online course in teaching here : http://www.ed2go.com/ . Once you select a course, it will take you to a college near your place(US, Canada and Australia only) which offers that course. You can then check with them to know if they are accredited or not.

There are no online schools that offer credentials.

Large online schools cant possibly cover the entire country - and all states require that the school offers student teaching with a university mentor.
