What are the Chances i'll get an interview at Jcpennys?

Ok i filled out a job application on the website and did that personality test around 5pm today. What are the chances they will call me for an interview?How do you get a job at JCpenny?

Whenever you fill out an online app, always call the local store the next business day between business hours (try between 11-3 when they arent about to leave or have just got in for the day) and ask for the personell dept.

Online apps dont say to call, but do. It shows incentive, just tell them you filled one out and was interested in knowing if the store recieved the application yet.

no one knows for sure but one thing don't wait for them to call you if it was a day after you will have to call in to show you are very interested.

I do know for a fact they want a person that is very interactive with others for you will be shifted some times in all parts of the store... you will be running cashier or stocking shelves; shelves are night workers and very early morning evening is when you will be cashiering ... so you have to be good with money.  You will need a smile on your face  and just hope you get into the job.
