What are the Chords used to play 'kiss me by sixpence none the richer'? on the Guitar?

Hey Guys I am a beginner.

Iv taught myself a little bit so far. :]]

Basically I want to know the chords you use or recommend to use to play 'Kiss me'??

Also I don't know what they are called but the black things that go on the neck of the guitar? People have told me that I cannot play it without one of them??

They're all tabs done by other people but so far I've found every song I've looked for.
