What are the Cons about working out at about 10 in the morning if you go to bed late(2-230)...???

Obviously I will be pretty tired but is there anything else?

  1. i think everything is fine. just make sure you get enough sleep. and eat adequately.  


  2. You'd still be getting 8 hours of sleep which is more than most people.

    So.... why would you "obviously" be tired? Unless you wake up at like 5am.

    That's about when I go to sleep and when I workout, give or take an hour here and there.
