  1. at what?  to win 10 games?  Not very good.

  2. chances at what? at going .500? playoffs? Super bowl (cough, sputter)? sucking? chances at firing another coach? chances that the front office will make excuses?

this year will be a mediocre year at best.

reminds me of a quote by a very famous philosopher captured in the Oscar - snubbed movie, "Dumb and Dumber"...

Question: "So, what is the chance that you'd be w/ a guy like me (paraphrased) ...?"

Answer: "About one in a million."

Exuberant Response: "So, you're telling me that i've got a CHANCE! Woohoo!"

oh, and playing the AFC South only makes it worse. it doesn't matter which division they play for their out of conference games.

  3. not very good...their out of conference games are being played against the AFC south(toughest division in theNFL) so it doesnt look good for them right now....

  4. Ugh, you might as well ask Christopher Reeve's doctor about HIS chances.

  5. slim to none and slim left town for los angles.

  6. Detroit's chances this year? Let's just say they've been consistent since Millen took over...... cellar-dwellers. As always. they lost mike martz this year... so i guess it's back to where they started.. under .500! unless calvin johnson will have a breakout year then their team will be (gasp!) mediocre at best.

  7. the lions are my sleeper team this year. They did pretty well in the pre season and I think they will be more aware of what they need to work on from last year. Kitna is out for revenge after being laughed at so much. I don't think they will win the division but I do think they can possibly be a wild card team. I'm not ruling them out just yet.

  8.   I'm going to be brave and say that they will make the playoffs. They looked real good during preseason. They have a good offense and looks to me a good defense. I think their offensive line has improved since last year. They are going to surprise the experts.

  9. Their a .500 team. They do play the AFC and NFC South. The AFC South has proven to be a though division and the NFC South looks to a lot better, minus the Falcons. On top of that they have to play the Packers and Vikings twice.

  10. i like there chances they have the WR and they got 2 descent RB in Kevin Smith and Rudy Johnson depends on the O-line
