  1. It would be in your best interest to not write about people you work with or any sensitive information you shouldn't be sharing. If you signed into a contract agreeing not to say certain things and you did in a blog, that would be illegal. Don't slander anyone in your blogs, slander is illegal.


  2. Yes, it can be illegal ... and you leave yourself right open to litigation.  See you in court. <grin>
