  1. Basically the only dress code is that your whole team should have matching uniforms and coloured shorts (unless you are a libero in that case you would wear a different coloured jersey)

Also you are not allowed to wear earings or wear any sort elastics or bands and your arms. Also if you wear a headband it had to be the same colour as the whatever colour the majority of your team wears.

  2. i play school and club volleyball;

for school, the rules and enforcements arent as strict. (mostly).

in general, you'd wear volleyball shoes, socks (of course), and spandex shorts, a jersey with your number haha, and you can't wear any hard clips or bobby pins or anything like that..=/

no earrings (they might get stuck in the net) and only those sports headbands.

and it depends upon the referee but

sometimes they'll be really lenient. like sometimes i still wear clips and they dont say anything..so yeahh.

and if the ref is really strict, you have to be exactly identical to the other teammates.

    for example:

you can't be wearing different  color spandex shorts, etc.

    hope i helped :)

  3. I'm a statition for college and high school VB

    -no earings, neckless,  braclets, etc.

    -hair up (out of face)

-uniform (this varies for each school. The norm is black spandex shorts, and a jersey, the roving player wears a different colored jersey shirt) the uniforms can consist of lose fitting shorts and shirt.

-socks (any length, knee high, or ankle. Its up to the person)

-knee pads (also up to the person. There helpful to have)

    -shoes

    ---extra---

    ankle braces

    wraps for you hand(s)

--^its only if you have rolled your ankle before or if your hand, fingers, etc. have been sprained---

    Hope this helps

  4. at volleyball camp its manditory for us to wear spandex shorts. they dont really care about the shirts but for practice we usually wear tank tops or sports bras. our colors are pink and gray so we have to weat eathier of those colors for our compititions

  5. I play volleyball and we wear spandex shorts, and a sort of stretchy material shirt, knee pads, knee sox, and sneakers

There isnt really a code, you pretty much choose how small your clothes are. Some peoples shirts are like at their belly button. Usually nobody will scold you for what you wear.

  6. Our team wore spandex shorts, and fitted jerseys. Most of us wore kneepads and some of us wore knee socks on occasion. Volleyball's one of the sports where it actually is practical to wear tighter clothes. Since you need to be able to react as quick as possible, it's easier if you have less fabric to get caught up in.

  7. no jewerly nothing at all .

    spandex, usually

    a t-shirt for practice

    a jersey for the game

    kneepads

    usually knee-high socks

volleyball sneakers.. or just regular sneakers.

    hair tied back.
