A cumulative C average...like a 2.0 I think?

If you are from Florida, you will probably need around a 3.3 or higher and an ACT score of 24 or higher.  Now, if you are an out of state student, I would say maintain a 3.7 and a 27 ACT.  The school will accept many more instate student than out of staters, because they are a state school, of course; therefore, their requirements are much lower.
