fire herm? no. He took over the oldest team in the NFL and now it is the youngest. Chiefs fans have been brain washed into thinking 9-7 then 7-9 then 8-8 are ways to build champions. Wrong! you need to be young and bad before you can be good. We need to give this team two years to decide what to do with the staff. A new coach isn't going to change the fact that they are young. a new coach won't change the fact that we missed our window in the vermeil era. a new coach won't magically fix LJs broken foot in week 7. Let the man teach and try before you ask for his head. We have had 2 amazing drafts under herm. let him develop them.

as for what the chiefs need to do to be successful, run and play action with ball control. this defense is on its way to be dominate if it doesn't have to be on the field 40+ mins a game. they need Derrick Johnson to take a step towards his true potential and their young players to contribute in special teams and when given the opportunity to play. success for the chiefs is winning 7-8 games. Keep them together 2 years and this team will be awesome.
