What are the Pro's and Con's of becoming a Nanny?

Im planning on joining a Nanny Agency and some people tell me its a great idea to get my foot in the door to become an elementary schoo teacher, on the other hand I have some more people telling me its not going to be as cool as I think. I dont mind taking care of kids, or doing dishes and laundry because I am always cleaning my house (yea I guess you can say Im a clean freak) but I just dont want to regret my decision ya know? The agency I will be going into pays pretty well...

1 child - $17.50/hr

2 children - $19.00/hr

3 chrildren- $20.50/hr
