What are the Rules and Regulations for Naval ROTC?

about anything and everything. how much is the fee? etc. just tell me everything you know about it. also, are facial piercings allowed? such as: lip piercings?

If your refering to NJROTC (high school) the the grooming standards state that while in uniform, the only piercings allowed are one in each ear. Hair must be natural color and cosmetics must complement the skin tone. However, each school is allowed to tighten up the regulations as they see fit. Our unit, for example, cadets must follow proper grooming standards whenever they are in NJROTC areas, in uniform or not. The only exception is that the females don't have to put their hair up if not in uniform. Check with your schools instructors if you have questions and they'll tell you the policies at your school.
