What are the South Dakota laws about a 17 year old living with her boyfriend who is 21?

She would have her parents permission. Her 18th birthday is in 5 months. Would the authorities be alright with this? Is there anything else she would need? I also need to know the exact same things for the state of MT.

By the way, parental consent is not a defense for statuary rape. As such, you should not cohabituate in any state that has a age of consent of 18 (such as California) until she turns 18.
