  1. The TDS Rate for consultant will be 10% plus Surcharge Plus Education Cess & Higher Education Cess

    The Condition of Surcharge is applicable only if the assessee turnover is more than Rs. 1 Crore.

    ie.. 10.30% and In Case of Assessee turnover is >1Crore  is 11.33%
