  8. I'm a grill writer and working on my first web page called Yes You Can Grill.

I have a lot of side dishes but up so far are recipes for a great potato salad and also my Grandma's broccoli salad. Both of those are made ahead and chilled.

I linked the site map page where I make sure to list everything up by category. It's taking time just to get things pasted in. If there's something specific you want to make, I probably have a recipe. There's a contact link to get in touch if I can help.

The burgers, brats and chicken wings sound great. I'd say to go with easy, make ahead sides as you'll likely be pretty busy with three meats.

  9. Now that you have recipes for potato salad & coleslaw (I always add 1 TB. of horseradish and 2 tsp. of dried dillweed to any coleslaw), you might also need fruit:

FRUIT SALAD:  hollow out 1/2 watermelon and refill with the cubed melon, berries, pineapple & garnish with sliced starfruit and fresh mint leaves ......or .....

    Our family favorite:

    FRUIT AMBROSIA

    2 c. heavy whipping cream

    1/2 c. sugar

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp. almond extract

1 large can mandarin oranges, drained

    1-2 cans fruit cocktail, drained

    1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)

    3-5 c. miniature marshmellows

Beat cream, sugar & extracts until very stiff peaks.  Fold in fruit & marshmellows ..... Chill
