  1. I am a paramedic. If they are on BP meds be sure they have taken their daily dose as prescribed. Rest is very important. If they are having symptoms (headache, nose bleed, dizziness) get them to ER. If no symptoms and they took med, or not prescribed, make an appointment with the primary DR.
