What are the activities would be counted as Bribery ? Because unknowingly we are in Bribing.?

You cannot unknowingly be "in bribing".  I'm guessing you are Indian and I am certain you do not need a description of what amounts to bribery - it is rife in every level of your society.  If you give something to someone else to affect the outcome of an event then you are bribing them.

1. Paying money / doing favours to someone so that you get a benefit you are not entitled to.

2. Paying money / doing favours to someone to get him / her to provide you a benefit you are entitled to but that person is not providing it.

Bribery is giving consideration for getting some favour.It has become common in many public offices that bribery is asked for openly in Muncipal office,in Govt. office, In custom office etc. Even we have now accepted that Bribes through Festival gifts is compulsory.These are compulsory bribes made so by Business people. But as we enter an office for some work we unnecessarily influence through our offering something/giving our acquaintances etc.giving in cash/kind/favour by doing some work etc.
