  1. There is no problem.  It will save us all from the next ice age.

  2. It will cost money to convert things like cars and electric power plants from fossil fuels to other fuels.

And the fossil fuel industry will suddenly become MUCH less profitable.  They control a lot of politicians.

But, as a fringe benefit, we'll reduce our current total economic dependence on imported oil.

  3. we can tackle it and it ent the sun we are causing the earth to heat up by the sun becuase vicehles such as cars, aircrafts and trains release gases which harm the astmasphere making it get weaker and weaker and without the astmasphre anything will cook.

  4. The problem is that "global warming" is caused by the Sun, not man.  There is nothing we can do to "tackle" the problem.  We need to learn to live with it, and learn how to live with the cooling that will soon occur due to a reduced activity of the Sun.

  5. The problem is poor engineering all around energy and environmental details. For example, we NAMBY people don't want landfill so rather than use good engineering and really fix the problem we export all our trash and then complain how bad those other countries are. We use the food stocks to make ethanol and tell everyone how good this is then wonder why food costs more. Nothing being done now is fixing anything because poor engineering is almost always used.

  6. Try watching "The Day After Tomorrow".

  7. Because many of the solutions that are proposed hurt the working class!  Many of whom are overworked, underpaid, and way underappreciated by the "top" people in society and government.

  8. First you have to identify the problem and I mean to look at it without hysterics.   First there must be a recognition that much if not nearly all the warming is natural.  Second, they must realize that there are benefits as well as negative consequences.  Third, they must accept that there are limits on our current knowledge and technology.  Fourth, they must accept that the developed world cannot dictate limits on the third world and force them to continue to be the "have nots."
