What are the advantages and disadvantages of being an air host?

i want to know how they get paid and are they helpful than a pilot? please help me. thank you in advance

The advantages are you travel and visit a places for free as long as you're you have a flight for that place. They are very helpful specially during emergency because that's what they're work for. They're entitled for a free ticket for the entire family once a year. Disadvantages are that you work any hour of the day and be always away from your family specially if you're in a transpacific flights.
