What are the advantages/disadvantages of having a Sunday-Saturday work week instead of a Monday-Sunday week?

A Sunday to Saturday workweek has the delight of being so alliterative and a Monday to Sunday workweek gives credence to the word weekEND (because of no school, etc.).
