What are the advantages of including the founder of Papa Johns to in Papa Johns commercials?

Whats the advantage of including the founder in these commercials. Like why and how is it effective?

It conveys a personal touch and a caring manner to the consumer.  It shows that the business is more attentive to its customers' needs.  The intention is to show a level of dedication and service that a large corporation could not provide.  Notice how Home Depot ads don't show an owner...that's beacause they are a big, faceless, and impersonal company.  (No offense to Home Depot - I don't mean to say that they don't care about their customers - ...but hopefully you get my point)
