As far the market scenario is concerned i would advice you to opt for Computer Sc. or IT since he IT sector is on a boom (though due to the slowdown in US, firms will attain stability along with time). This way you can learn many programming languages if you aspire to be an Software Engineer (SE). Opting for Electronics & Comm (ECE) would be useful if & only if your getting admit into IIT's/NIT's. Though you can also get into software sector even after taking ECE. Rest all depends on your field of interest
