There are NO advantages to racism.

The disadvantages are numerous. The main disadvantage to racism is that not everyone is treated the same for no good reason. Racism is the biggest waste of human energy

In the case of the US , a small group of wealthy white families got a huge labor force to work for centuries without ever paying wages to any of them . Racist ideas were used to prop up this unfair system . But racism breeds low behavior of every description . Americas past still poisens the atmosphere of the present .
