What are the alcohol rules or regulations at oxegen?

Question

I don't think you're allowed glass bottles,are you allowed bring drink at all if you're going for one day? any other rules?

oh and do they check your bag?

if you drink it before you go in they dont check inside you so that should be fine

Yes they search bags, they'll only allow small plastic bottles & they'll take the bottle cap.  My sister had had an umbrella taken off her one year (but got it back after), it seems to vary how conscientious the stewards are about enforcing the rules.

you can take alcohol yes, but if it's in a glass bottle, put it into plastic bottles before you go cause they will take it off you otherwise! you could take cans?  it dont matter if your only going for one day, you can still take your own alcohol!  think they do check some bags, so be prepared for that!  i have a few mates down there and i would say you are better to take your own alcohol cause it's quite expensive for the drinks they are selling!

Can I bring alcohol to OXEGEN?

Alcohol is permitted in the campsite only but all liquids must be in plastic bottles or cans. No glass is allowed in the campsite so liquids can be transferred into plastic bottles at the bottle decanting stations at the entrance to the campsite.
