I think you mean what are the advantages of bribery.

An advantage is a plus side to something.

Some of the pluses of bribery are that what you want done gets done and you know it will get done

Some minuses are that after a while it will stop working, it may also lead to the person expecting the same thing each time and not doing the task unless they get that thing with which you are bribing them.

I'm sure there are other pluses and minuses but they're the only ones I can think of at the moment
