What are the authority websites for Los Cabos?

I'm looking for the most useful sites on Los Cabos for information to help me before I move there in a few weeks. I'm having a hard time finding long term rentals and information regarding living in Cabo and need help!

Most Los Cabos websites advertise "touristy" things....not for locals.  But for general information about Cabo you could check out the following:

p.s. I agree with Sparks...I wouldn't want to rent anything without seeing it first!

Wait 'till you get there. In a tourist town everything online will be tourist oriented and expensive. I really don't think you would want to rent long term without seeing the place and neighborhood
