What are the average costs of a restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner in Australia?

Breakfasts cost between $10 and $50 per person depending on where you go.  Lunches generally cost between $20 and $70, while dinners can cost $20+

It just depends on how fancy you want to go and where you are located.  (I mean, Maccas is technically a restaurant so you would only be paying $5-$10 for a meal there... compared to some major restaurants in Melbourne or Sydney for example that would cost more that $60 just for a main meal)
