What are the average salaries in India?

I work in US. I have been offered a job in India by a real estate firm.what is the kind of compensation I should look at? what is the work culture like?

it all depend on your caliber and what company you are joining . what is the job inolvements. if it is a small company then you will get app. 200 dollars a month or if it big com. then it can go upto 500 dollars a month . the job in real estate is nor of commission whihc can go any where. think and dis cuss before you decide.
