  1. i don't know about sat that much so here are sum lists

    Average (Mean) Scores

SAT Reasoning Test: The Average (Mean) Critical Reading, Mathematics, and Writing Scores

Average scores are based upon the most recent SAT scores of all students of a particular graduating class.

    2007 College-Bound Seniors' Average Scores

    Critical reading: 502

    Mathematics: 515

    Writing: 494

SAT Subject Tests: The Average (Mean) Subject Test Score

The average score varies from test to test. This is because different groups of students take different tests. For this reason, you shouldn't compare scores across the different Subject Tests. You can compare your scores to the average Subject Test scores for 2007 College-bound Seniors:

  2. I got a 1670, I'm aiming for a 1800, try to aim high. I think average is 1600

  3. 2100 is average. If you score below that you should pick up a mcdonalds application.

  4. 3000 is the lowest dont  believe these jerks!!!! nah im jk THE AVERAGE PERSON WOULD GET ABOUT 3500 IF YOU GET LOWER YOUD BE A ******* ARTARD AND BEING THAT YOU ACTUALLY ASKED THIS QUESTION YOUR A ******* IDIOT!!! JUST GO SELL YOUR SELF ON THE STREETS!!!

    sorry...

I just cant control my anger and have to release it somewhere.

    I really dont know

  5. The 2100 is definetly not average! The national average hovers around a 1500- 500 per section, and a 6 out of 12 (both scores totalled) for the essay.

  6. The average score is around 1600 but colleges all have different averages. You should look up the average scores for colleges you are interested in. Just google it. In fact, you could have found the overall average just by typing in "SAT average score" and clicking "Enter."

  7. well if u include the 1's they didnt mark prolly about 10

  8. around 2100-2200. However I think you should shoot higher than the average score. I guess it depends on the college you plan on attending, however. Go to:

    www.collegeboard.com

go to college search and for each school it will show you the scores they expect you to receive on all of the different tests that one might take through high school: AP exams, SAT, SAT subject tests, LSAT, PSAT, ect. check it out and begin planning for college today

  9. The average is 1500 or a 500 score on all three sections. The perfect score is a 2400 but that's extremely rare. 2100 is anything but average so don't listen to that person. They're being obnoxious.

  10. luis, and jason dont know anything.

2100? whaaaat? are u guys insane?

2260 is top 99th percentile. dont listen to them. america isnt that smart =D

according to my psat results from a year ago, i scored 1480. It said i was like 60th percentile of juniors. so average would be around 1400 my guess.

  11. about 1600 i think
