all dogs are different even the same breed.  ask your vet next time u go.  u should be able to tell if she's too fat or too skinny.  just keep increasing or decreasing her food until she's a good size.

There is no good answer...it depends entirely on the dog's breeding.  German line or American line, parents' size, etc.  Also, puppies can grow at different rates.  The main thing with GSDs (or any other large breed dog) is to make sure they do not grow too fast.  This can put a lot of strain on their joints.
