I was wondering if the show I saw on cable is accurate, one episode, is having to do with a malicious behaving physician, another one was about an auto repair shop damaging a vehicle and deliberately being negligent, refusing to work on a handicapped person's car properly.

And what kind of attorney handles like: The DMV / Courthouse putting a false malicious record on someone's file and then removing it after they suffered damages.

A judge breaking laws in someones traffic court case, and keeping their bail money.

What kind of attorney would handle these cases?

  1. The cases you refer to are criminal corruption and you would go to a District Attorney or US Attorney office. If you only want to sue for the damages you would seek a tort lawyer practice.  Malicious claims are handled by tort attorneys.

  2. Corrupt, more corrupt and most corrupt.

  3. Criminal

    & Civil

  4. Probably someone from the state's attorney office.

  5. Trial lawyers tend to handle these type of cases.  In most cases, attorneys who practice Torte law generally handle these types of cases.  If you have other questions, you need to check with your city or state's bar association.  They generally can refer you or give you information on the right attorney.

However, most of these types of cases, you can handle prose.
