  1. If you're trying to lose weight just try some fat free frozen yogurt and some fruit of your choice. I am trying to gain good weight on the other hand and I use protein powder. I am not sure if there is protein to lose weight but if there is you could try that too.

  3. me too i normaly blend up non flavored no fat yogurt. strawberries, mango,bannana, and peaches, all natural off the fruit case, and eat some vegetables email and i will tell u a program i began it works
