    serving 10X2

    blocking 10X2

    passing 40X2

we start  6 vs 6 ppl training game

  2. basics:bump, set, hit, serve

my coach makes us warm up, peppering, that stuff. then we do 50 serves in a row(after 50 we try to see how much serves we make in a row). we do defense, play king of the court, diving etc, work on hitting, then play  starters vs 6. that sometimes happens but the things we do would vary.

  3. the exercises we do include suicides, slides (staying in ready position and shuffling back and forth in the direction coach calls), and several others like that. one of my personal favorites is when we have to lie stomach down on the floor and the coach will throw the ball on the ground really hard where it bounces up high and we have to call it and pass it to a certain line and if it doesnt reach it we sprint a lap around the gym, setters have several drills where we have to set the ball to our hitters and setters work on their form as well as hitters.  there are a ton of exercises and work outs that we do so that we're in good shape and are able to move around the court quickly. my coach doesnt put too much pressure on us, but we know that he loves when we win. all of my team members and i get along great with him and we have fun while we're playing, which is the best! hope this helps!
