What are the bathrooms like in baeza, spain?

I can't speak for Baeza, but I have been to Cordoba and Granada which are not far from Baeza. I'm not sure what you are expecting from a bathroom specifically but Spaniards are very clean compared to our standards. If you are thinking 3rd world, that's not even close. I see Baeza is small, but Andalusia is very accommodating to tourists and has plenty of them. You should find all of the same accoutrements in the bathrooms of Baeza, Spain as you would in anytown USA.
