Like other cultures you have to segment this market and not lump "Filipinos" into one category.

A Filipino living in Forbes Park may insist on buying Chanel or Gucci blouse; while a Filipino living in the slum of Tondo may only want the cheapest blouse that their budget allows.

Who are you talking about?

Brands are only for those who can afford. Most Filipinos want the best quality for their budget, which can be super high though most can be super low
