What are the beliefs, deities and values of neo druidism?

I'm planning on writing a short story where the main character believes in neo druidism. I would like to be as correct and factual as possible. Please do not rude, I just want my character to be realistic in values and beliefs.

I would suggest you actually do a little reading on the subject rather than relying on just a blurb here which is all anyone can give in this format.
