  1. I dunno about your skin. But it helps you to lose water weight and keep your kidney pumping and in good shape

    If you dont drink a lot of water daily. Your body gose into a Survivor mode

    where it dose not know when your going to get more water so it well hold and store the water you do drink in you. But if you drink a lot of water daily. It well keep flushing it through you

    If you dont drink enough water it dries out ur skin and hair ...and u will see the difference..

    P.S. If you find it difficult to drink water, try and have fruit or flavoured water. Having sugary juices, carbonated drinks, tea or coffee will only be counter productive as they work to dry up your system rather than hydrate it. Sugar, carbon dioxide and caffeine have their own health hazards and are best kept to a minimum. Definitely not worth confusing with water.
