What are the benefits of drinking aloe vera in a juice form?

I have eczema and hear that it is good to drink aloe vera for this condition...it this true?

I tried aloe gel on the skin (have eczema, too)  but doesn't see much improvement.  I think drinking the juice is good for the body.  But eczema takes time to cure.

Its really good for the MLM companies that market it, makes them very rich.

Eczema is often related to allergy and will respond to topical steroid creams.  See your family doctor for treatments that work.
