Especially black, green, white, and oolong tea. And what are some creative ways of drinking tea?

  1. You can make a green tea smoothie. It boosts your metabolism, and is has vitamins.  


  2. Green tea is full of vitamin C. There is caffeine in black tea, not as much as in coffee, but if you drink a good Yunnan for breakfast, it really wakes you up. Tea can only be bad for you if you drink a lot of it and have an iron deficiency in your blood.

    Creative ways of drinking tea? I make iced tea with scented green teas. I use one tablespoon of tea in half a liter (a pint? sorry, I am French...) of COLD water, and put it in the fridge for about an hour. Then filter it.
