    If you eat a lot of raw vegetables tho that amount may be less, because a lot of vegetables are more than 75% water raw.

    Water doesn't contain any harmful stuff like artificial colourings. Water is used to make most of the other drinks out there. While water has benefits, it can also make people sick if the water is not clean enough. If you are drinking bottled water then its already being cleaned and purified for you. But if you are drinking water from a tap without boiling the water (and cooling in room temperature), you maybe at a little risk of getting a water bourn illness. Who knows what goes on those pipes underground? What I always do is boil the water in my kettle and put it in a big glass jug and let it sit at room temperature and drink. I never use plastic jugs as they would melt at water boiling temperature. So here's the benefit of drinking boiled water.
