  1. Fasting gives your digestive system a break.  Allows your body to clear out toxins, too.

    Very important to continue drinking water during a fast.  You need to keep hydrated.  Plus, water will cause the cleansing in your system to be more effective and move the toxins and impurities out of your body.

    Be aware that while fasting, you are more likely to feel worse than better because detoxing is rarely a pleasant experience while it's going on, but you will love the benefits later.

  3. NO!!! WHEN YOU FAST YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED WATER OR ELSE YOU WILL DIE!  IF YOU FAST FOR A FEW DAYS, YOU NEED TO DRINK TONS AND TONS AND TONS OF WATER!!
